  • sharp cheese, grated - 8 oz
  • hot sausage, cooked and crumbled - 1 lb

How to make sausage balls:

Mix well; make into balls the size of a walnut. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve warm. Make them ahead and freeze if you need to. They freeze well.
