Ingredients/Components
- extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 lb
- buttermilk Bisquick mix - 3 c
- hot pork sausage, crumbled - 1 lb
How to make sausage balls:
Mix cheese in top of double boiler; add sausage and cook for 20 minutes or until sausage loses pink color. Stir in Bisquick until well blended. Shape into 1-inch balls.
