Sausage biscuits

Ingredients/Components

• sharp cheese, grated - 1 lb
• sausage hot or mild - 1 lb
• Bisquick biscuit mix - 2 c

How to make sausage biscuits:

Mix cheese and sausage first. Then add Bisquick mix, 1 cup at a time. Make into snack patties. Place on brown paper sacks and bake at 325° about 25 to 40 minutes, depending on how brown you like them.

Variation is to make into sausage balls and bake at 400° until brown.
