Ingredients/Components
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 lb
- Bisquick mix - 1 pkg
- hot or mild sausage - 1 lb
How to make sausage balls:
Mix all 3 ingredients; form into miniature balls. Mixture will be very stiff. Bake at 375° for about 15 minutes, turning once. Serve after slightly cooled.This recipe can be mixed and frozen for baking later.
