Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 2 Tbsp
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 1/4 c
- hot sausage - 1/4 lb
- to 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce - 2 item
- to 36 fresh mushrooms - 30 item
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Saute tops in butter and drain. Mix all other ingredients together. Fill each top with a mound of mix. Cover and chill until serving time. Broil for 5 minutes. Serve hot. Can be frozen.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
