Sauerkraut soup
Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- dried dill weed - 2 tsp
- chicken broth - 4 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained - 1 oz
- fresh mushrooms, sliced - 8 oz
- ribs celery, chopped - 2 item
- medium carrots, chopped - 2 item
- smoked Polish sausage, cubed - 1 lb
- medium potatoes, cut in small cubes - 3 item
How to make sauerkraut soup:
Place all ingredients in a 3 1/2 to 4-quart crock-pot. Stir well. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, One Dish meal.
