Sauerkraut soup
Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 qt
- bay leaf - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- spareribs - 3 lb
- can sauerkraut - 1 item
- or 2 potatoes - 1 item
- little onion - 1 item
How to make sauerkraut soup:
Cook spareribs in water until nearly done. Add bay leaf, onion, salt and pepper. Add sauerkraut and potatoes. Cook until potatoes are done. A little cream may be added. Half and half can be used.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, One Dish meal.
