Ingredients/Components

  • water - 2 qt
  • bay leaf - 1 item
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • spareribs - 3 lb
  • can sauerkraut - 1 item
  • or 2 potatoes - 1 item
  • little onion - 1 item

How to make sauerkraut soup:

Cook spareribs in water until nearly done. Add bay leaf, onion, salt and pepper. Add sauerkraut and potatoes. Cook until potatoes are done. A little cream may be added. Half and half can be used.
