  • vinegar - 1/2 c
  • salad oil - 1/2 c
  • medium onion, diced - 1 item
  • medium green pepper, diced - 1 item
  • celery, diced - 1 c
  • kraut - 2 lb

How to make sauerkraut salad:

Rinse and drain kraut. Add all ingredients. Mix and let marinate overnight in refrigerator. Improves with age.
