- can peas - 1 item
- can French-cut beans - 1 item
- celery, diced - 1 c
- or 3 pimentos, diced - 2 item
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- green pepper, diced - 1 item
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
How to make vegetable salad:
Pour sugar, vinegar, salad oil and salt (mixed) over drained peas, beans, celery, pimentos, onion and pepper. Cover; refrigerate overnight. Keeps indefinitely.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegan, Vegetables.
