  • vinegar - 1 c
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • finely chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • sauerkraut, drained - 2 c

How to make sauerkraut salad:

Dressing:1 c. sugar1/2 c. oil1 c. vinegar Mix all the vegetables. Add dressing and chill. Gets better every day.
