Ingredients/Components
- can whole white corn, drained - 1 item
- can French-style green beans, drained - 1 item
- can small peas, drained - 1 item
- small jar chopped pimiento, drained - 1 item
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- vinegar - 1 c
- sugar - 1 c
How to make vegetable salad:
Bring to a boil the oil, salt, water, pepper, vinegar and sugar. Pour over vegetables while still hot. Refrigerate overnight. Will keep for a long time.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegan, Vegetables.
