  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • salad oil - 1/4 c
  • medium onion, diced - 1 item
  • diced celery - 1 c
  • large can sauerkraut - 1 item
  • small can diced pimentos - 1 item
  • red and green peppers, diced - 1 c

How to make sauerkraut salad:

Wash and drain sauerkraut. Mix all ingredients. Let stand 12 hours before serving.
