Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • bread crumbs - 2 Tbsp
  • parsley - 2 tsp
  • onions, chopped fine - 1/4 c
  • dash of garlic salt - 1 item
  • sausage, crumbled - 8 oz
  • kraut, well drained and chopped - 14 oz

How to make sauerkraut balls:

Cook onions and sausage until brown. Drain. Add kraut and 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs. Combine cream cheese, parsley, mustard, pepper and garlic salt. Stir in kraut mixture. Chill. Shape in balls; coat with flour. Mix milk and eggs. Dip ball
