Sauerkraut balls
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/4 c
- flour - 1/4 c
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- bread crumbs - 2 Tbsp
- parsley - 2 tsp
- onions, chopped fine - 1/4 c
- dash of garlic salt - 1 item
- sausage, crumbled - 8 oz
- kraut, well drained and chopped - 14 oz
How to make sauerkraut balls:
Cook onions and sausage until brown. Drain. Add kraut and 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs. Combine cream cheese, parsley, mustard, pepper and garlic salt. Stir in kraut mixture. Chill. Shape in balls; coat with flour. Mix milk and eggs. Dip ballRecipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Pork.
