Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 3 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar - 1/4 c
- finely chopped pecans - 1 c
- Parkay - 1 c
How to make sand tarts:
Cream Parkay until light and fluffy (I melt Parkay until soft). Sift together and stir in flour, powdered sugar and baking powder. Add pecans and vanilla. Sift and set aside powdered sugar.
