Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 3 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 c
- garlic powder - 2 Tbsp
- tomatoes - 10 lb
- onions - 3 lb
- stalk whole bunch celery - 1 item
- peppers combination of green and hot, add hot peppers to taste - 9 item
How to make salsa:
Drop tomatoes into hot water. Remove skins and put into food processor. Add peppers. Puree peppers, onions and celery in processsor and add to mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Cook in kettle for about 2 hours, then put into jars and seal. Makes bRecipe categories: Appetizers, Sauces, Salsas.
