Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- oregano - 1 tsp
- parsley - 1/2 tsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- can whole tomatoes - 1 oz
- celery stalks, chopped - 2 item
- cloves garlic optional - 2 item
How to make salsa:
Process in blender for 10 seconds or desired consistency. Simmer 1 hour. Cool, then store, covered in refrigerator. Serve with tortilla chips.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Sauces, Salsas.
