Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- parsley - 1 2
- tomato sauce - 1/2 c
- finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
- hot pepper sauce to taste - 1 item
- finely chopped, peeled tomato - 1 c
- finely chopped green peppers - 1/4 c
- can diced green chili peppers, drained - 1 oz
How to make salsa:
Combine all ingredients. Place half of mixture in a blender; blend until smooth. Add remaining mixture. Cover; chill 4 hours before serving. Makes about 2 cups. Good for dips, omelets, or just about anything.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Sauces, Salsas.
