Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- snipped parsley - 1/4 c
- fresh or frozen salmon steaks or other fish steaks 1 to 1 1/2-inches thick - 3 item
How to make salmon steaks:
Thaw fish if frozen. Put in a shallow pan for marinade. Combine oil, parsley, lemon juice, onion, mustard, salt and dash of pepper. Pour over fish. Marinate covered in refrigerator 6 hours. Drain, reserving marinade. Place fish in well-greased wire grill basket. Grill over medium coals 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
