Salmon spread
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- dried dill weed
- Worcestershire sauce
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- green onion and tops - 1/4 c
- dash of pepper sauce clear kind - 1 item
- dash of parsley leaves - 1 item
- large can red sock-eye salmon - 1 item
How to make salmon spread:
Combine cream cheese, with other ingredients except the salmon. Drain and flake salmon and gently fold into cream cheese mixture. Chill overnight or at least 4 hours. Serve with crackers and vegetable sticks.Note: 1/4 cup of chopped pecans can be used in the spread. 1/4 cup chopped celery can also be added.
