Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • mayonnaise - 1/4 c
  • grated onion - 1 Tbsp
  • dill weed - 1/4 tsp
  • drops hot sauce - 2 item
  • grated sharp cheese - 1/2 c
  • unbaked pie crust - 1 item
  • small can salmon - 1 item

How to make salmon quiche:

Drain liquid from salmon and add enough water or milk to make 1/4 cup. Bake empty crust 10 minutes at 400°. Combine ingredients and put in crust, reduce temperature to 325° and bake 30 minutes.
