Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- grated onion - 1 Tbsp
- dill weed - 1/4 tsp
- drops hot sauce - 2 item
- grated sharp cheese - 1/2 c
- unbaked pie crust - 1 item
- small can salmon - 1 item
How to make salmon quiche:
Drain liquid from salmon and add enough water or milk to make 1/4 cup. Bake empty crust 10 minutes at 400°. Combine ingredients and put in crust, reduce temperature to 325° and bake 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
