Salmon quiche
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- finely chopped green onion - 2 Tbsp
- finely chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- canned salmon - 15 16
- jar mushrooms, drained - 1 1/2
- big pinch of cayenne pepper - 1 item
- 9-inch baked pastry shell, in a glass pie dish - 1 item
How to make salmon quiche:
Beat eggs and milk together until blended. Add salmon, breaking up lightly with a fork. Gently stir in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into baked pie shell, being sure the solids are distributed evenly in the bottom of the shell. Microwave, uncovered, at power level High for 10 1/2 to 13 1/2 minutes.
