  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • prepared horseradish - 1 tsp
  • minced fresh parsley - 3 Tbsp
  • grated onion - 2 tsp
  • liquid smoke - 1/4 tsp
  • can red salmon - 1 1/2

How to make salmon party roll:

Drain salmon; flake with a fork. Add cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish and liquid smoke; stir well. Chill mixture several hours or overnight. Shape salmon mixture into a log. Combine pecans and parsley.
