Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- prepared horseradish - 1 Tbsp
- snipped parsley - 3 Tbsp
- salt to taste - 1 item
- grated onion - 1/4 c
- liquid smoke - 1 tsp
- can salmon - 1 lb
- soft cream cheese - 8 oz
How to make salmon party log:
Drain and flake salmon (removing skin and bones). Combine with all ingredients, expect pecans and parsley. Chill several hours. Shape into roll of 8 x 2-inches long.
