Ingredients/Components

  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • prepared horseradish - 1 2
  • snipped parsley - 3 Tbsp
  • can 2 c - 1 lb
  • liquid smoke - 1/4 tsp
  • grated onion or mace - 2 tsp

How to make salmon party log:

Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bones. Combine salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt and liquid smoke. Chill several hours.

Combine pecans and parsley. Shape salmon mixture in an 8 x 2-inch log. Roll into nut mixture. Chill well.
