Ingredients/Components
- dry white wine - 1/2 c
- Miracle Whip - 1/2 c
- can french fried onions
- can condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- pasta
- dillweed - 1/2 tsp
- drained salmon - 6 8
- shredded process cheese american or swiss - 1 c
How to make salmon casserole:
Cook pasta; drain and set aside. Combine Miracle Whip with wine. Stir in soup. Add the cheese and dillweed. Gently stir in the cooked pasta, add salmon. Pour into a 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Cover and bake in 350° oven for 1/2 hour. Uncover and sprinkle with french fried onions. Bake for 5 more minutes. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
