Ingredients/Components
- can red salmon, drained and flaked - 1 1/2
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- dried minced onion flakes - 1 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- prepared horseradish - 1 tsp
- liquid smoke - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- finely chopped pecans - 1/3 c
How to make salmon ball:
Combine first 8 ingredients; mix well. Shape mixture into a ball. Chill about 2 hours or until firm. Roll ball in pecans. Serve with crackers and chips. Yield: One 5-inch ball.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Spreads, Salmon.
