Salisbury steak
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- fine dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- ground beef
- chopped parsley - 2 tsp
- finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
- horseradish - 1 tsp
- can golden mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make salisbury steak:
Mix first 4 ingredients in bowl. Combine 1/4 cup soup mixture, ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, salt and black pepper in bowl; mixing well. Shape into 6 patties. Brown in skillet, drain. Add remaining soup mixture, 1/2 cup water and parsley, stirring well. Cook, covered, over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
