Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- crushed corn flakes - 1 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
How to make salisbury steak:
Combine meat, egg, onion, milk, corn flakes, salt and pepper. Form into patties. Roll in flour; brown in cooking oil. Place in baking dish and cover with soup. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Time to make, < 30 mins, Oamc/freezer/make ahead.
