Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • water - 1/4 c
  • confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item

How to make ruby slipper cake:

Combine cake mix, sour cream, water and eggs in large bowl. Blend, then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes until creamy. Spoon 1/3 of batter into well-greased 10-inch Bundt pan. Sprinkle with gelatin. Spoon another 1/3 of batter over gelatin. Sprinkle remaining gelatin over batter. Spread remaining batter over gelatin. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Remove from pan and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
