Rotini cucumber salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- cider vinegar - 6 Tbsp
- honey - 6 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- prepared mustard
- dried parsley flakes
- uncooked rotini - 2 c
- thinly sliced cucumber - 1 c
- thinly sliced sweet onion - 1/2 c
How to make rotini cucumber salad:
Cook rotini according to package direction. Drain and rinse in cold water. Drain well! Place in bowl; add cucumber and onion. Combine remaining ingredients in blender or jar with tight-fitting lid; mix well. Pour over rotini mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
