Ingredients/Components
- diced celery - 1 c
- diced sweet pickles - 1 c
- whole chicken or 4 to 6 large chicken breasts - 1 item
- mayonnaise enough to mix well - 1 item
How to make chicken salad:
Cook chicken for 1 hour with enough salt to taste. After chicken cools, pick meat off the bone in bite-size pieces. Add celery, pickles and mayonnaise. Mix well. Good for sandwiches or eat as is.Recipe categories: Salads, Chicken, Poultry.
