Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 4 oz
- stick butter - 1 item
- onions, chopped - 2 item
- chopped cooked chicken - 3 c
- large bell peppers, chopped - 2 item
- Velveeta cheese, cut in small pieces - 1 lb
- can green peas - 1 oz
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped - 1 oz
- box spaghetti, cooked - 1 oz
How to make rotel chicken:
Saute onions and peppers in butter. Add cheese and sour cream. Stir over low heat to melt. Add tomatoes, spaghetti and chicken. Mix well. Add peas.Place in buttered or greased casserole dish. It makes a lot. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
