Ingredients/Components
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- long spaghetti - 1 pkg
- stick oleo - 1 item
- can sliced mushrooms - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- can peas, drained - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel - 1 item
- Velveeta, cubed - 1 lb
- chicken breasts, cooked, deboned and cubed - 4 item
How to make rotel chicken:
Cook spaghetti in broth. Saute peppers and onion in oleo; add cheese. Mix in spaghetti and chicken. Add peas and mushrooms. Put in a baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
