Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 9 11
- cooking oil - 1 c
- hot tap water
- dry skim milk solids - 3/4 c
- yeast or 1 to 3 pkg - 3 Tbsp
How to make rolls:
Mix sugar, salt, dry skim milk, yeast and 3 cups flour. Add 3 3/4 cups hot tap water and 1 cup cooking oil. Add 3 eggs and 3 cups of flour. Add remaining flour, 3 to 5 cups. (You should use a total of 9 to 11 cups of flour.) Put on floured board; knead 3 to 4 times. Put in greased bowl; let rise until double. Roll out and cut. Should make approximately 60 rolls.
