Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- soda - 2 tsp
- cooking oil - 1 c
- diced pears - 4 c
How to make fresh pear cake:
Mix sugar and pears; let sit 1 hour. Put oil in pear mixture. Beat eggs and pour in pears. Mix all dry ingredients together and add to pear mixture slowly. Stir with spoon. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Bake in tube pan.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
