Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- flour
- egg yolks - 2 item
- lard - 1/2 c
- yeast - 2 Tbsp
- lukewarm water
How to make rolls:
Beat sugar, lard and salt together. Add yolks and beat. Add yeast, dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water. Beat again. Add 4 cups warm water. Add enough flour to handle (about 10 cups for firmer dough).
