- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- dried rosemary leaves, crushed - 1/2 tsp
- small red potatoes - 2 lb
- olive or salad oil - 2 Tbsp
How to make roast potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450°. Cut each red potato into quarters. Place potatoes in large roasting pan with olive or salad oil and remaining ingredients. Toss to coat. Roast potatoes 20 minutes or until fork-tender and golden brown, stirring potatoes halfway through cooking.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
