Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 1
- baking powder - 1/8 tsp
- all-purpose flour
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- grated onion - 1/2 tsp
- finely shredded, peeled potatoes, well drained - 3 c
How to make potato pancakes:
In a mixing bowl, gently combine potatoes and eggs. Combine dry ingredients and onion. Stir into potato mixture. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a preheated greased skillet. Brown lightly on both sides.
