  • minced garlic - 1/2 tsp
  • red wine - 2 c
  • beef stock - 1 c
  • roast - 3 lb
  • medium onions, quartered - 2 item

How to make roast beef:

Place roast in roasting pan. Add wine and beef stock; mix. Add garlic, onions and pepper. Roast at 325° for approximately 90 minutes.
