Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- molasses - 3 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- red wine - 2 Tbsp
- sesame oil - 3 Tbsp
- anise seed - 1/2 tsp
- cherry juice
- chopped garlic - 1 Tbsp
- chopped ginger - 1 Tbsp
- pork loin boneless, rubbed with salt and pepper - 1 item
- chopped green onions white part - 1 Tbsp
How to make chinese roast pork:
Marinade:1/4 c. cherry juice1/4 c. brown sugar2 Tbsp. red wine1 Tbsp. chopped ginger1 Tbsp. chopped garlic1 Tbsp. chopped green onions (white part)1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. anise seed1/2 tsp. black pepper3 Tbsp. sesame oil3 Tbsp. molasses Marinade: Mix all ingredients well. Marinate pork loin for 24 hours. Remove pork loin; grill on all sides until well browned. Remove to pan; cook in a 325° oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until juices run clear when skewered.
