  • egg whites - 3 item
  • sugar - 1 c
  • Sunnyland pecan pieces - 3/4 c
  • Ritz crackers, finely crushed - 20 item
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • unsweetened whipped cream - 1 item

How to make ritz pecan pie:

Beat egg whites with baking powder until stiff. Add sugar slowly. Add crackers, pecans and vanilla. Pour into well buttered pie pan. Bake 30 minutes at 325°. Cool 1 hour. Top with unsweetened whipped cream.
