Ritz cracker pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• egg whites - 3 item
• pecans, chopped - 1 c
• Ritz crackers, finely crushed - 25 item

How to make ritz cracker pie:

Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix sugar and baking soda into egg whites. Add finely crushed Ritz crackers and chopped pecans. Mix well and add vanilla. Pour into buttered pie pan. Cook at 300° for 45 minutes (light golden brown). Let cool and top with whipped cream. Store in fridge.
