Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- egg whites, beaten stiff - 3 item
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 25 item
- broken pecans - 1 c
- vanilla to taste - 1 item
How to make ritz pecan pie:
Mix all dry ingredients. Add vanilla. Fold in egg whites. Pour into greased pie pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Slice pie and use whipped cream or Cool Whip for topping, if desired.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
