Ritz pecan pie

Ingredients/Components

• brown sugar - 1/2 c
• egg whites, beaten stiff - 3 item
• powdered sugar - 1/2 c
• Ritz crackers, crushed - 25 item
• broken pecans - 1 c
• vanilla to taste - 1 item

How to make ritz pecan pie:

Mix all dry ingredients. Add vanilla. Fold in egg whites. Pour into greased pie pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Slice pie and use whipped cream or Cool Whip for topping, if desired.
