  • Duncan Hines butter cake mix - 1 pkg

How to make ricotta cheese cake:

Follow directions on cake mix package and pour into 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Blend together Ricotta cheese, vanilla, eggs and sugar. Pour Ricotta mixture evenly over top of butter cake. Bake 1 hour in 325° oven. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Refrigerate.
