- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- graham cracker pie crust - 1 (6
- 1% milk - 1/3 c
How to make ricotta cheese cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients except eggs and beat with electric mixer until smooth. Beat eggs and add to mixture. Pour into pie crust and bake 40 minutes until center is almost set. Cool on rack. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.Recipe categories: Desserts, Eggs/dairy, Cheese.
