Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- chocolate chips - 1/2 3/4
- Ricotta cheese - 2 lb
- yellow or chocolate cake mix moist - 1 item
How to make ricotta cheese cake:
Make cake mix as directed. Put in 13 x 9-inch greased and floured pan. Add chocolate chips on top. Mix eggs, cheese, sugar and vanilla. Pour over cake mix. Bake in 350° oven 50 to 60 minutes. When cool, put sifted confectioners sugar on top.Recipe categories: Desserts, Eggs/dairy, Cheese.
