- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla
- Ricotta - 2 lb
- box yellow cake mix, mixed according to directions - 1 item
How to make ricotta cake:
For Topping:1/2 tsp. sugar2 Tbsp. cinnamon Place mixed cake batter in greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix together sugar, Ricotta, vanilla and eggs and pour along center of cake batter. Do not mix. Place pan in pan with at least 1 inch of water in bottom.Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon on top. Bake additional 30 minutes. Refrigerate to store.
