Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cream cheese - 2 3
- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- can condensed milk - 1 item
How to make flan:
Put condensed milk, milk, eggs, vanilla and cream cheese in a blender; blend until smooth.Cook sugar in saucepan on low heat until sugar is brown and caramelized. Pour into an ovenproof serving dish and spread evenly around dish. Cool sugar mixture. Pour mixture from blender into cooled sugar. Cover. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Cool and refrigerate at least overnight.
When ready to serve, take a knife or spatula and loosen around pan. Place a dish over pan; flip upside-down. Ready to eat.
