Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 item
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- cornstarch - 2 tsp
- cup sugar - 1 item
- cup rice - 1 item
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk - 1 item
- 1/2 cup regular milk - 1 item
How to make rice pudding:
Cook rice. Mix cornstarch with a little milk, add egg yolks and mix well. Add this mixture and the rest of the milk to the rice. Add sugar. Cook in a large pot until thickened, 2 to 3 minutes of boiling. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into rice. Add vanilla.
