Banana split cake
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- confectioners sugar - 2 c
- nuts - 1 item
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- Cool Whip - 9 oz
- sticks butter - 2 item
- bananas, sliced - 4 item
- small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- cherries - 1 item
How to make banana split cake:
Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix well and line a 13 x 9-inch pan with this mixture. Bake 15 minutes at 300° for cool. Combine 2 sticks of butter, powdered sugar and eggs. Beat until smooth, about 5 minutes. Spread this over the cooled crust. Place bananas on top of cream mixture. Place the pineapple over that. Top with Cool Whip; sprinkle with cherries and nuts.
